Claude Puntel has extensive personal and professional experience with a variety of cultures, and currently focuses much of her work on training, relocation, and assimilation.
Born and raised in the beautiful south of France, she attended the University of Aix en Provence where she studied English and philosophy. She then traveled Europe and lived in Northern Ireland and England. In 1998 she crossed the Atlantic to settle in New Jersey and ultimately moved to Wichita in 2001.
After working for international companies and experiencing cultural clashes, professional faux pas as well as victories, she realized that assumptions, misunderstandings, and stereotypes greatly affect international relationships on all levels. In 2008 Claude took the leap and started Cross Cultural Assimilation Institute, where she uses her cultural expertise to help both employers, employees and the community.
