Claude Puntel came to Cessna and provided my team with cross cultural training. My team is cross cultural with team members from the United States, Mexico, and Canada. The training she provided allowed my team members to clearly understand the differences between cultures and how they communicate effectively. She kept the training entertaining and interactive, which made the training more effective and retention of the information high. My team is still talking about what a great educator and presenter Claude was for our team. As we become more global, training such as this, by someone as talented as Claude Puntel, will be more the norm.
